We are looking for a passionate Graduate **Marine Technical Superintendent** to join the Riverside Group Technical Services Team. Reporting to the Head of Engineering, this Brisbane-based position will support this team to ensure the highest standards are maintained within The Riverside Marine Group Fleet assets.

This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain engineering experience across a range of vessels.

**Role Summary**:
Assist the Technical Services Team in ensuring all assets are maintained to a high standard, efficiently and safely in an administrative capacity, for day-to-day operations.

Enhance the quality and efficiency of each vessel slipped, refitted, or built by or in collaboration with Riverside Marine.

Work closely with the technical superintendents and vessel crews to ensure all planned maintenance tasks are completed in a timely fashion and in accordance with the required KPIs.

Provide technical support and assistance to business units relating to the maintenance management system and process changes.

Assist in the implementation of planned maintenance systems for new and existing assets within the Riverside Marine Group.

Assist Riverside Group Technical Services Team in scheduling and scoping for future dockings as well as the identification and execution of projects.

It is expected that travel may be periodically required to Riverside’s business units across Australia for extended periods.

**Essential Competencies / Qualifications**:

- Relevant degree in marine engineering experience onboard a commercial vessel.
- Be process-driven and possess a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively
- Ability to communicate and motivate teammates
- Exceptional organisational skills and being a team player
- Able to work independently and demonstrate a strong sense of urgency.
