**About the role**:
We’re looking for the next awesome Product Designer to join our team to help us continue growing our cloud-based SaaS platform’s capabilities and scale.

As our new Product Designer, you will have the autonomy to shape the products you work on, while being able to learn from and collaborate with a team of seasoned pros. At LiveHire, you will work closely with engineers and product managers to build end-to-end solutions by understanding the customer problem, iterating on solutions and launching finished products. - Enjoys collaborating cross-functionally with product managers and engineers to ensure a smooth process from problem definition to release and beyond
- Communicating concepts and design decisions through wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident in conducting qualitative and quantitative research to validate and iterate on prototypes and shipped designs
- Values research and data analysis when it comes to designing and validating potential solutions.

**Experience**:

- At least 3 years of designing products (ideally in SaaS)
- Experience working collaboratively with product managers and engineers in an agile environment
- An ability to manage priorities or multiple projects and focus your efforts on the highest value work
- Confident in using the latest design tools, and understand design systems. You have experience using Figma, Balsamiq, or similar, to create high-fidelity designs and prototypes.
