This is the ideal role for a Learning and Development Coordinator or Training Coordinator looking to take the next step in their career.

**What you'll be doing**

This is a multi-faceted role, where no two days are the same. You’ll thrive in a fast-moving, fluid environment, and be passionate about supporting teams to scale effectively.
- You will have had exposure to building, delivering, and facilitating learning experiences that engage and build capability for a broad range of cohorts.
- You’ll be a champion of Newcastle Anglican’s values, building strong a rapport and presence with key stakeholders and leaders that support our people to flourish.
- Maintain all components of Newcastle Anglican’s Learner Manager System, including content authoring, learning system architecture, mapping processes, record keeping, reporting and evaluation.
- Coordination and support of early careers programs, including, work experience and vocational/ tertiary placements, and traineeship programs.
- Instructional design and development of e-learning modules and webinars.
- Development and distribution of periodic and ad-hoc reporting on learning metrics and compliance as required by key stakeholders.
- You’ll use your critical thinking skills to pre-empt, identify and make recommendations for stakeholder support, answer enquiries and present learning solutions that support continuous improvement and service delivery.

**What we’re looking for**
- 3+ years’ experience working within a Learning and or Organisational Development function, ideally in a large matrixed, diverse service industry organisation.
- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC) and NDIS Check or willingness to undertake.
- Certificate IV Training and Assessment or working towards
- Experience in Learning Management System administration
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in the use of learning authoring tools (e.g.: Articulate 360).
- Understanding of adult learning principles, with experience in learning design, delivery, and facilitation.
- Willingness to undertake a National Criminal History Check (Newcastle Anglican will consider the relevance of any reported outcomes)
