Diverse Systems Engineer / IT Manager Position **Your new company** Hays Technology is partnered with a **Nation-wide Retail Group** to appoint an **IT Manager / Systems Engineer **to their growing business based in the Brisbane suburbs. **Your new role** Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll be working with the senior leadership team to expand on their current portfolio. This will involve travelling to sites, architecting the infrastructure for new locations, recommending technology and process improvement. Your **direct reports are 2 IT Support Engineers.** Your day to day will also include: - System Administration - Windows Server, M365 suite, company-specific software - Working with vendors and service providers **What you'll need to succeed** - Experience managing a small team - Experience with Microsoft 365 Modern Workplace Suite - Exchange, Active Directory - Ideally, you'll have experience in an environment supporting Point of Sale **What you'll get in return** You'll be offered a** permanent role** in an organisation that provides a "family owned" feel with a national reach.
