**About the Company**
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Experience Coordinator to work within one of Australia's largest superannuation funds.

**About the role**

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for running program of member stories via staff intranet, member portal, yammer, team meetings, town hall immersion, say says segments
- Designing and running program on member immersion across the organisation - meet the members program
- Design and run member exposure hours program including designing and implementing next activities for staff to undertake
- Management of all ISF content including Miro board, office wall (FY23), pack collateral, member video content
- Support for reporting within the MX function including coordinating a periodic insight reporting, MX dashboards and moving us further along our journey to 'democratise the data'

**Skills and experience**
- Must have bachelors level degree in business or design related field
- Experience in customer experience or related field
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Strong excel and Microsoft skills
