**THE OPPORTUNITY**
We are looking for a **Print Room Specialist **based at our client site in Perth’s CBD on a 12-month fixed term contract.
Your key focus will be to provide an effective service delivery onsite, with a balance of efficiency and cost consciousness, as well as exceeding customer expectations in value added production.
Please note - this is a 100% onsite role, based in Perth’s CBD, covering a standard 8-hour shift between 8:00am - 6:00pm, Monday to Friday.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Providing an efficient print service delivery as part of a team
- Delivering a great service and building strong relationships with clients
- Advising customers of the most efficient solutions to meet their design, print and distribution requirements
- Prioritising and monitoring customer requests according to complexity and urgency
- Completing daily record keeping functions and reporting, including monthly transaction data
**Skills & Qualifications**
- Previous Print Room experience, ideally in a corporate/professional services environment
- Knowledge of digital print operations, finishing and binding operations
- Intermediate computer literacy, including MS Office
- Ability to managing a self-sufficient digital print operation with mínimal supervision
- Any experience in Mail and Courier administration and Records Management Systems and Processes would be highly regarded.
Finally, you work well in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, with excellent customer service and administrative skills and the ability to work autonomously
