**Part-Time 2-day Nanny - Pyrmont NSW**

Start Date: End of January 2025 (with a trial period early Dec/Mid Jan)

Working Hours: 7am
- 3/4pm

Days: Tues + Thurs are highly preferred

Children: G11m

Pay: $35-$40 ph *negotiable
- Nanny Immunisation: Whooping cough, Measles, COVID
- Driving may be required, car provided
- Prefers nanny that can swim

Our professional, outdoorsy, and socially active Pyrmont family seeks a proactive, creative, and active nanny making the most of the walkable area around and introducing new experiences to the baby. The parents will happily support and encourage a diverse range of learning, for e.g; they will fund the activities/experiences when taking the child out to see live music, interactive shows, arts etc.

The ideal nanny will have a strong background working with children of the same age, love singing/dancing in and outside the home, arrange play dates with other local nannies or mums, and share fresh, creative ideas to keep the child engaged. Mum works from home and needs help with their child's well-being.

Other responsibilities include feeding her breakfast and lunch. While the baby naps, the nanny assists with basic household tasks like putting on laundry and vacuuming. When Mum returns, the nanny hands over the child, tidies up and organises everything needed for the next day.

Duties & Responsibilities include:

- Organizing and planning creative and educational activities
- Building a strong relationship with the family
- Ensuring a safe and hygienic environment
- Managing basic household chores
- Meal preparation for the child
- Maintaining all aspects of the care routine for the child
- Supporting WFH parent

To apply, you MUST have the following experience, attitude, and qualifications:

- A non-smoker
- A minimum of 3+ years of full-time experience working with children in Australia
- A minimum of 2 Australian-based child-related references
- Current Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain ASAP)
- Current First Aid Certificate (or willing to obtain ASAP)
- Current National Criminal Record Check (or willing to obtain ASAP)
- Excellent communication skills

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
