We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our remote Maintenance team at Olympic Dam on a FIFO/DIDO basis.
- FIFO from Adelaide / DIDO for locals
- Permanent 5:2, 4:3 Roster
- Immediate start

**The Role**
- Responsible for the efficient delivery of maintenance services in our housing portfolio
- Directly supervise and coordinate key activities of the Housing Maintenance team to achieve operational outcomes
- Monitor work schedules to ensure daily, weekly and monthly productivity requirements are achieved
- Liaise with managers, employees and contractors to resolve operational problems
- Conduct comprehensive site audits to ensure quality and standard of workmanship is consistently achieved, in alignment with legislative and site requirements.
- Oversee and comply with all site WHS &risk management systems in the delivery of all maintenance work
- Assist in the recruitment, induction and coaching of new employees and ongoing training and development

**The Person**

To be successful in this role, you must have the following skills & qualifications:

- Trade Certificate
- A current SA C Class Drivers Licence
- Demonstrate ability to schedule and plan works
- Computer skills are essential
- Sound technical/trade problem solving abilities
- Strong Safety focus and Knowledge of building/maintenance practices
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- FIFO experience in a camp maintenance environment desirable but not essential
