Maintenance and Warranty Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and supervise all maintenance works on construction sites and completed projects
  • Schedule and manage trades, subcontractors, and maintenance staff
  • Conduct inspections and ensure defects and maintenance issues are resolved in a timely manner
  • Manage tools, equipment, and materials required for maintenance works
  • Ensure all works comply with safety standards, company policies, and building codes
  • Provide reports and updates to management regarding progress and outstanding works
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, ensuring that any concerns are addressed quickly and accurately

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience as a Maintenance Supervisor (construction or building industry preferred)
  • Strong understanding of building maintenance, repairs, and defect management
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong problem-solving and time-management skills
  • Knowledge of WHS standards and ability to enforce safe work practices
  • Driver's licence required
