This position can be based at either their Melbourne or Sydney locations, and they also operate a hybrid work model with two days work from home flexibility.**THE ROLE**

As the Engagement & Sponsorship Manager, you will play a vital role in acquiring new customers through strategic partnerships. You will engage with and build strong relationships with students and industry stakeholders at all levels. Reporting into the Marketing Manager, this is a strategic role that will assist the marketing department in creating marketing and sales strategies, negotiating sponsorships and managing lead conversion targets. This role will involve some travel between Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.

**DUTIES**
- Create and execute national marketing and sales strategy, collaborating with teams for student acquisition
- Manage university engagements, nurture relationships, and negotiate impactful sponsorships
- Identify and pursue leads, make outbound calls, and maintain accurate lead pipelines in the CRM
- Develop Go-to-Market strategy for postgraduate programs, focusing on industry relationships and sponsorship platforms
- Collaborate on graduate community development, participate in events, webinars, and moderate community groups
- Contribute to a customer-centric approach, work cohesively with Sales Operations, and influence stakeholders for target achievement

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Proven success in B2B/B2C business development and account management or similar
- Experience in education or professional services environments would be highly advantageous
- Track record of managing lead pipelines and achieving conversion KPIs
- Demonstrated ability to achieve targets through impactful industry partnerships and sponsorships
- Strong organisational skills, excellent written/verbal communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM
