**The opportunity**:
We are looking for a competent and proactive Transformation Manager in the Customer Experience team to support the ongoing Change & Implementation into the organisation. A strong collaboration with a range of internal and external stakeholders is needed and a background in compliance with regulations is an advantage.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensuring operational readiness (can include building up of offshore teams, launch of new products, onboarding optimization initiative, external initiatives, etc.).
- Assessing the impact of initiatives across all teams in the organisation.
- Implements the project scope and objectives by involving all relevant stakeholders
- Coordinating and managing internal /external stakeholders such as Customer Service Line and Team Management, Legal & Compliance, IT, Sales & Product Management, Business Engineering, Regulators etc.
- Measuring and reporting the project progress to the management and manages risks, attention points properly and on time to minimize/mitigate project risks
- Ensuring the end to end Process is documented and updated in a standardised way.
- Assisting the business areas with gathering the required information for them to be able to document operating procedures and work instructions.
- Contributing to the creation and establishment of KPI’s to monitor the quality of newly introduced products, steer decision making based on facts and timely implement corrective measures in case needed.
- Defining clear responsibilities during introduction of services, ensuring that the proper documentation is in place and training of processes / activities are conducted
- Implementing and managing scope change when necessary to meet the underlying project financial goals
- Ensuring that the different internal teams involved receive the required input to allow them to deliver their part of the project in order to meet the pre-defined milestones & timeframes
- Working closely with the Program Manager overseeing the overall program and transformation

**Experience**
- Min. 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Proven experience in Project Management within the Service/Solution sector is a must, showing the ability to successfully manage projects
- Fluent oral and written English
- Very good communication skills
- Ability to pro-actively drive
- Reliability, sense of responsibility and commitment to results
- Organizational and time management skills
- Strong MS Office skills (in Excel, Project, Visio, PowerPoint)
- University degree (ideally business, finance or IT oriented) or equivalent through experience
- Team spirit

**Additional desired skills**
- Good analytical/intellectual skills
- Ability to quickly understand and learn complex matters, including the business dimension
- Presentation skills
