**The opportunity**

We are currently looking to appoint an experienced and dedicated HR professional to the role of Human Resources Business Partner. If
you are a team-oriented, customer-focused HR professional with substantial generalist human resources experience, then consider this
opportunity to join our Perilya Broken Hill operations.

Reporting to the Superintendent Human Resources, you will be responsible for ensuring the full range of generalist human resources
support is provided, with a focus on building capability across the operations. Proactive, credible, and influential, you relate well to people
at all levels, communicating confidently to establish a good rapport with those you work with. Essential to achieving success in this role
will be your attention to detail, ability to multi-task, strong organisational skills, and team-oriented mentality.

To be considered in this role based at our Southern Operations, you will be ready to take the next step in your career, harnessing your
previous experience as an operationally focussed generalist HR professional. This will be achieved by your demonstrated success in
delivering professional generalist HR support and advice, with your significant experience and natural mentoring ability enabling you to
support and guide leaders across all levels of the operations.

A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a people capability or HR capacity

Relevant tertiary qualifications to complement your experience.

Demonstrated ability to work with the business to ensure the achievement of business goals

Ability to deal with complex and highly ambiguous situations in a professional and sensitive manner

A willingness to truly operate as a valued Business Partner to the operations to achieve positive people outcomes

Coaching and mentoring skills that are used to empower and mentor leaders and employees at all levels within the business
