**The Opportunity**
Nextt has immediate opportunities for **Casual Disability Support Workers** to work in our Supported Independent Living (SIL) Residences across the Bayside Suburbs of Brisbane:

- Wynnum
- Cleveland
- Birkdale
- Thornlands

**About you**
To be successful in this role you will have:

- Minimum of 2 years experience in Disability Support Work
- Compassion for people with disability and/or mental illness
- A relevant qualification

**The role may involve**
- Community access and recreational activities
- Personal care
- Behavioural and Mental Health Support
- Light domestic duties such as meal preparation and cleaning
- Manual handling and the use of wheelchairs & hoists
- Transportation and social engagement

**Essential Criteria**
- The legal right to work in Australia
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Employee Blue Card/Working with Children Check
- Valid Australian Driver licence with reliable transport
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate

Employees will be required to abide by all mandatory directives as mandated within the relevant state or territory that they work.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $30.95 - $50.00 per hour
