**About Us**:
Our Future Focus is dedicated to providing exceptional support services to families. We are currently seeking a compassionate and motivated Support Worker or Therapy Assistant to join our team.

**Role Overview**:
You will work with a 5-year-old boy diagnosed with Autism (Level 3 support needs). Your responsibilities will include assisting with emotional regulation, managing self-injurious behavior, developing new interests, and fostering social confidence. The role will involve both home-based and community activities.

**Location**: Cleveland, QLD
**Schedule**: Tuesdays and Fridays, 2:45 PM - 5:45 PM
**Additional Opportunities**: Potential for school holiday work and future assignments with other families.

**Requirements**:

- No prior qualifications or experience required; on-the-job training will be provided.
- Ability to work under the guidance of a Clinical Social Worker who will provide support and therapy plans.
- Understanding of Autism.
- Personal car and valid driver's license.
- Punctuality and reliability.
- Willingness to learn and collaborate as part of a team.
- Confidence in working independently without supervision.
- Passion for working with children and engaging in play.
- Commitment to working with a whole family perspective.
