Our opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Analyst to join our Sydney Team. You will work within the Industrial team and work closely with the Manager to conduct Fund & Portfolio Analysis. The role will focus on providing timely and quality analysis and financial modelling for the Industrial portfolio.

**Your responsibilities are but not limited to**:
Assist in preparing Industrial fund metrics based upon inputs from Asset teams
Assist in analysis of broker, and investor queries as required and analyse Mirvac Industrial performance relative to peer.
Assist in producing analysis as required for half yearly house-view process and assist in producing quarterly assumptions summary packs for circulation to wider Industrial team.
Maintain a good understanding of capital markets and macroeconomic conditions.
Assist in the instruction of external valuers.
Assist in reviewing and completing accuracy checks of all internal and external valuations for presentation and sign-off in line with Group reporting deadlines in coordination with Asset Manager(s).
Assist in quarterly and year end reporting, including black book and results preparation and verification.
Assist Asset manager and Senior Analyst / Manager in maintaining Cougar models for development projects and assess outputs and metrics as required for input into group models or portfolio/fund analysis.
Assist in conducting portfolio level revenue analysis, including providing monthly market rental comparisons for operational properties and reviewing income for pipeline projects.
Assist in producing data driven insights and analysis, uncovering trends within the Industrial customer and property aspects to inform decision making and future strategy.
Assist with any ad-hoc analysis or relevant tasks as required.
Assist in overhauling and improving existing data capture, sources and utility to aide future decision making.
Establish and develop effective working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders including extended IIP team, valuers, industry peers and consultants.
Assist with any special projects or undertaking any other duties as reasonably required.
