The Role You Could Play:
As Commercial Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing high quality financial reporting, analysis and data analytics to key members within our MECCA New Concepts & Services department.

Partnering with our department stakeholders, you will provide financial insights and influence commercial outcomes that relate to achieving the overall MECCA new services and concepts strategy.

You will be involved in but not limited to:

- Providing insights and commentary in regular trade meetings for the department and undertaking strategic analytics on customer behaviors and performance
- Preparing monthly performance reports and forecast department sales
- Undertaking ROI analysis for newly introduced services being offered in MECCA retail stores, with a particular focus on Flagship concepts
- Partnering with key stakeholders within the team to prepare all capital expenditure, business cases and assumptions

What You Will Bring:
You will be able to demonstrate extensive analytical and financial reporting experience preferably gained within the retail/consumer goods industry.

As a forward thinker, you work well with ambiguity and have a holistic view with demonstrated experienced working within a dynamic, changing environment as part of a growing business.

You will also be able to demonstrate the following:

- Highly commercial, with a strong understanding of business practices beyond pure accounting
- Ability to interpret customer and trade data using data analytical tools - Google Analytics experience preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Office particularly Excel
- SQL, TM1 and Data mining capabilities and experience in Tableau will be highly regarded but not essential
- Demonstrated experience building strong stakeholder relationships and ability to influence
