We are looking for a Minto Factory Finance Business Partner who will sit within the Ice Cream Business Unit (BU) Team, partnering the Minto Factory Team and Ice Cream Business Team. This role will report to the ANZ Nutrition & Ice Cream Finance Director and is expected to be performed from Minto factory at least 3 day a week plus 1 day from North Rocks (Finance Day). This role is also responsible for supporting, driving, influencing and jointly delivering effective cost management and savings at the Minto manufacturing site towards its short-term performance targets along with the long-term manufacturing strategy. The role is a high profile and complex leadership role in the Minto Site Team and will need high levels resilience and ability to conduct difficult conversations, manage conflicting priorities to deliver results.

Role Responsibilities:
Business Partnering:
- Key member of the ANZ F&R Finance team responsible development and execution of the end-to-end Supply Chain Finance agenda for the Minto manufacturing site- Partner the Minto Leadership Team on performance interventions to optimise Factory Operating Costs, minimise Consumption Waste and deliver Production Volume Recoveries- Identify value opportunities as well as potential risks on cost, waste and volume that require a particular intervention / project support from the Manufacturing and SCF teams

Performance Management:
- Drive and track savings delivery of the #NothingGoesToWaste agenda with the support of the Finance Excellence Team through weekly waste governance- Govern the Weekly Cost Governance forum for Factory Operating Costs with specific focus on Salaries & Wages, Utilities and Other Production Overheads to ensure timely and accurate cost booking- Ensure effective checks are in place to facilitate timely and accurate month end closing activities whilst taking necessary accruals to reflect any unrecognised spends- Prepare robust commentary of monthly cost performance for Minto Factory Operating costs to be presented at the Quality of Results meeting and build any additional adjustments to the Forecast inputs basis actual cost trends- Provide budget inputs of the Factory Operating Cost for the Operating Plan activities and confirm the quarterly Make Cost per tonne calculated for each locally manufactured SKU

Project delivery:
- Calculate production cost for New Product Development business cases based on benchmark products of new operation inputs provided by the Sourcing Unit Innovation and Technology team- Carry out Business Case evaluations for long term manufacturing plan developments and drive accountability in delivering the business savings of the CAPEX investments- Provide analysis and actionable insights to the Nutrition & Ice Cream Finance Director and SC Leadership on cost saving- Identify and address governance gaps and drive simplification of SC Finance processes to prevent Finance-related surprises- Drive factory performance improvement by leveraging the network of factories around the Unilever world (World Class Manufacturing)

Does this sound like You- Chartered Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, CA) or MBA qualified with 3+ years’ experience- Previous Commercial Finance / Business Partnering experience preferred- Must have strong sense of Business Acumen, Passion for High Performance, Agility and Personal Mastery- Proactive and solution-driven mindset to deliver savings opportunities- Experience of working in a changing environment, building processes
