**Use your GMP & pharmaceutical industry experience at the new state of the art Moderna M-RNA facility in Clayton**- Represent the skilled Equans Multi-Service Team by providing outstanding Cleaning Supervisory service on site.**

Equans ANZ is on the lookout for a Cleaning Supervisor with knowledge of GMP and GxP, and expertise in regulatory and pharmaceutical industry standards, to work across the Moderna site located at the Monash University Clayton precinct.

**What you will be doing**
- Oversee daily cleaning operations, ensuring all facility areas, including GMP zones, meet industry, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Review and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), standardizing cleaning procedures to align with GMP and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company standards, addressing issues promptly.
- Promote best practices and drive innovation in cleaning service delivery.
- Manage relationships with external cleaning vendors to maintain quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness of services.

**About you**
- Proven knowledge of GxP and GMP, with expertise in regulatory and industry standards.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position within a pharmaceutical or regulated environment.
- Must be able to commit to regular working hours 3pm - 11pm every Monday to Friday.

**Skills and experience**
- Experience in managing cleaning operations, including classified and GMP-compliant facilities.
- Proven knowledge of GDP
- Ability to lead and develop high-performing cleaning teams.
- Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Technical proficiency in facility management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Current Australian driver’s licence.
- Ability to pass National Police Check.
- Diligence of record keeping in GMP environments.
- Familiarity with TGA and FDA regulations.
