**The role**:
As the Organisational Development Officer, you’ll be play a key role in our journey towards growth and excellence. Your role will be crucial in managing our Learning Management System, ensuring it runs smoothly and that learning data is perfectly up-to-date. You’ll coordinate training programs and manage onboarding processes with care, handling everything from scheduling to logistics to ensure a seamless experience for everyone. You'll work closely with different departments and stakeholders to streamline these processes, while also playing a pivotal role in supporting exciting organisational initiatives and change management projects. Additionally, you’ll manage the training inbox and calendar, ensuring prompt responses and efficient scheduling.
**To be successful and thrive in this role, you will** **have**:
- Proven experience in training coordination or administrative roles.
- Qualifications or experience in Human Resources or a related business discipline **(Desirable)**:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Background in managing change and implementing improvement practices.
- Demonstrated ability to foster staff development and support organisational growth.
- High standard of documentation and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems or learning technologies **(Desirable)**:
- Experience in engaging with community networks and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.
- A current NSW driver’s license.
