About The Role

We currently have vacancies for experienced, energetic, Store Managers or 2ICs to join the team at various locations throughout SA.

Your daily duties will involve but not be limited to:

  • Working to achieve KPI's and exceeding sales targets
  • Building rapport and effective relationships with customers & staff
  • Being self-motivated and able to work autonomously
  • Lead a team to positive success
  • General admin, inventory management and operational duties
  • A true understanding of business & staff management
  • Flexibility to work a set or rotational roster - with some weekend availability

Critical to your success will be an understanding of Management and the sales process from beginning to end, with the confidence and ability to engage customers whilst guiding them through the selection process and providing them with the perfect night sleep.  |-:)----|

Along with your strong work ethic and previous experience you'll have/be:
