You will be responsible for analysing injury data, providing recommendations for improvement and education on injury management, workers compensation information, procedures and legislation, guidance on high-risk pre-employment medicals, and return to work strategies.

**Location**: Guildford Head Office

**Roster**:5:2, 8 hours

**To be successful the following is required**:

- Previous experience in an Injury Management/Return to Work position
- Comprehensive knowledge of legislation, policies, and procedures relevant to Australian and State specific Workers Compensation and Injury Management
- Demonstrated analytical, problem solving, negotiation and conflict resolution skills to effectively resolve issues
- Ability to work in an effective partnership with key stakeholders, autonomously, and within a team environment
- Strong ability to demonstrate empathy, communicate effectively and provide exceptional customer service
