Mermaid Beach SLSC Supporters Club, located on Hedges Ave, Mermaid Beach. The Mermaid Beach SLSC / Merlinas Restaurant is located right in the Hub of the growth area is looking for a Hospitality Professional / Wait Staff / Barman to join their team with a proven track record in a fast paced bar & restaurant enviroment.
The Mermaid Beach Surf Club consist of our award winning restaurant “Merlina's” Restaurant, Bar, 24 gaming machines with Tab & Keno facilities.
The Hospitality industry through Covid experienced increase in revenue and spending. All Business including Restaurant, Clubs and Pubs now need to evaluate their business model to keep the foot on the accelerator. It's time to take a fresh start and be apart of the stand out Surf Club that has a team culture that is second to none and a close supporting network.

What you need to bring to the role:

- 1. RSA & RSG.
2. Great Presentation and attention to detail
3. Remembering the customer is the star of the show, not us. Our skills are and that's what special about Hospitality.
4. Great communication and execution skills
5. Commitment not to just your own progression, but the progression of our team. Lead by example.
