Event Staff Australia is seeking reliable, experienced hospitality professionals for casual, on-call roles in specific cities along the East Coast. Suitable applicants in each location may be invited to complete a **paid trial shift** to demonstrate their skills and fit.

This is temporary, flexible work at fun and fast-paced events — ideal for hospitality staff looking to pick up occasional shifts while staying sharp and earning on the side.

We work with private clients, venues, and brands to staff a variety of events — from home celebrations and milestone parties to venue events, corporate functions, and special occasions. When shifts become available, team members can choose to accept those that fit their schedule.

**Who We Hire**

We’re seeking confident, capable hospitality and event professionals with proven experience in roles such as:

- Standard Bartenders (cocktail experience highly regarded, but not required)
- Cocktail Bartenders
- Wait Staff / Food & Beverage Attendants
- Kitchen Assistants
- Promotional & Brand Ambassadors
- Ticketing & Event Entry Staff
- Event Setup & Operations Crew

All our staff are expected to be versatile all-rounders, ready to assist across tasks and adapt on the spot regardless of the specific role they’re booked for.

**What We Expect**

Minimum 1.5 years of genuine, hands-on experience in food and beverage service — across restaurants, bars, or events
Confident communication skills and a well-presented, professional appearance
Current RSA certification
Your own vehicle and a valid driver’s licence
A proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-focused mindset

As an online staffing business, we connect **experienced hospitality professionals** with clients needing temporary event staff. Our **remote platform** lets team members browse and accept shifts that fit your schedule—**no physical office or training**provided. This lets us quickly match **skilled workers** with events across multiple locations for flexible, casual work.

Pay: $27.00 - $28.00 per hour
