We’re on the hunt for a **Sales Manager** to join our awesome team at **St Helena**.

**What you'll be doing (AKA your superpowers)**:

- Helping the Operations Manager train and support our Sales Team
- Keeping our store looking fabulous and running smoothly
- Setting big goals—and actually hitting them
- Delivering top-tier customer service with a smile
- Keeping things safe, clean, and positive

**What we need from you**:
At least 2 years of retail management experience
A love of leading people and making things happen
A full-time mindset—this is not a part-time gig
A “let’s do this” attitude, every single day

**Important** If you're only after afternoon or weekend hours, this isn’t the role for you. We're looking for someone ready to jump in and take charge.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $27.17 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Public holidays
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates
- Performance bonus
- Weekly bonus

**Experience**:

- Retail management: 2 years (required)
- Food handling: 2 years (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
