MacKillop Family Services is looking for passionate individuals ready to make a difference in the lives of young people. Our Out of Home Care programs support children with complex needs through residential and therapeutic care.

**This is a fulltime, parttime and casual opportunity based throughout our Barwon region within our Out of Home Care Program. This position reports to the Regional Coordinator.**

**Key Selection Criteria**:
To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention. If you hold a similar or relevant qualification such as a Diploma of Community Services, Social Work, or another related tertiary qualification you’re also encouraged to apply.
- A genuine interest in young people and their wellbeing.
- Demonstrate empathy for young people in our care in an open minded and nonjudgmental manner.
- Highly developed capacity for emotional self-regulation including the capacity to set and maintain consistent boundaries to provide safety, stability and consistency.
