Payroll Officer

**Your new company**
**This government department has increased activity resulting in a need for more contractors. We are currently seeking Payroll officers and Accounts Receivable officers to commence immediately in ongoing casual roles.**
**Your new role**

Working in a team environment, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Performing duties related to processing invoices for different government departments and agencies
- Responding to queries from suppliers or government employees regarding invoices
- Investigating and correcting any discrepancies with all relevant data, including invoice details, supplier details, etc.

**What you'll need to succeed**

**If you have worked in a contact centre or frontline customer service role combined with the below points, we are keen to speak with you**
- **customer service and proven ability to provide excellent customer service**:

- **quick learner and able to learn and use multiple software systems**

- **a current National Police Clearance (or ability to obtain one quickly)**
