Multiple, Permanent Full-Time Payroll Officer roles for a national Not-for-Profit organisation.

**Your new company**
This national not-for-profit organisation provides communities and individuals with a range of services in employment and upskilling. Thanks to organisational growth, several payroll officer vacancies have become available. You will be joining their vibrant and experienced team on a full-time permanent basis.

**Your new role**
You will perform end to end payroll for internal staff and contractors on weekly and fortnightly pay cycles. Your duties will also include:

- Ensure payroll is completed in a timely manner and with a high level of confidentiality.
- Processing of superannuation, awards and EBA interpretation.
- Support employees and contractors with queries regarding payroll, superannuation, and entitlements.
- Support the Human Resources team on a range of activities; administration, recording, onboarding, ensuring staff and contractor data is updated and maintained.
- Preparation of monthly and yearly payroll reports.
- Ensure awards and entitlements are accurate and updated accordingly.

**What you'll need to succeed**
Your previous experience providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment will lead to your success. You will also have:

- Proven ability in understanding and interpretation of Awards and legislations.
- Experience using HR3 payroll system (preferable) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve issues.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to produce end of year and monthly reconciliations.
- Ability to work under pressure and willingness to learn.
