Full-time role, Mon-Fri, based in Bondi Junction.

We are looking for an outgoing and highly organised person to assist with the management of daily business activities across office management, operational tasks and HR. Ideally you will have experience in the construction industry with excellent Microsoft Office & Sharepoint skills. You will also be a direct line manager to a small team.

This role has 2 key focuses;
**_Office Management:_**
You will be the main point of contact for staff, carrying out managerial, administrative, IT and financial tasks and keeping a busy office running smoothly. You will be required to deliver to a high level in a timely manner. You will work alongside the senior leadership team and keep them updated weekly.

**_Operations Coordinator:_**
Assisting the General Manager with a variety of tasks that ensure the smooth daily operations of the business including driving and implementing systems and procedures, managing leases, organising social and networking events, managing internal training, preparing & maintaining operations documents and reports. Tech savvy highly advantageous.

**To be successful, you will need**:

- 2 + years in a similar role
- Be a Leader & have experience managing people
- High attention to details with a sense of urgency
- Tech Savvy and learning new systems (Beakon, Assignar, Coins)
- Ability to improve processes
- Exceptional Organisational skills
- Positive can-do attitude
- Outstanding communication skills
- Ambitious and looking for career development
