**Seafolly Australia are searching for a passionate Regional Manager for our NSW stores**

Reporting to our Retail Sales Manager we now have an exciting opportunity for a customer centric, optimistic Regional Manager to lead our amazing NSW team across 7 stores.

As a manager at Seafolly you will be a stylish, positive leader with a passion for customer service, while fostering an inclusive and exciting working environment for your team.

Seafolly is sold in concept stores, online and selected retailers in over 40 countries.

**You will**:

- Lead a customer centric service culture driven to empower women to feel their most confident at the beach
- Ensure all staff are trained to understand and deliver high service standard and can demonstrate a high level of fit expertise and product knowledge.
- Drive a high performing sales culture that is motivating, encouraging and holds each team member accountable for their results.
- Analyse sales data to ensure the team are capitalizing on every opportunity.
- Ensure store VM and house-keeping are to a high standard.
- Develop an understanding of the customer profile and best sellers in each store within your region to enhance effectiveness of stock feedback and promotional or marketing opportunities.
- Create an environment of trust, transparency, motivation and accountability by effectively balancing management and leadership behaviors.
- Recruit, train and develop a high calibre of talent within your state
- A store based role across our Retail Stores and concession sites across Singapore
- Be Seafolly's key contact and face of the brand in NSW
- Manage our wholesale visual merchandisers for key accounts
- Collaborate and innovate with the retail leadership team and key stakeholders in support centre being the closest regional contact, located in Sydney

**You have**:

- Multi site manager experience
- Proven natural customer service ability
- Experience in merchandise planning, buying or allocation is advantageous
- Natural leadership and training skills
- A love and passion for visual merchandising
- High level of initiative, strong attention to detail and an ability to problem solve
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work well under pressure. Able to handle large volume of tasks and work to deadlines
