**About the Role**:
We are excited to bring a Regional Manager into our NSW team due to strong business growth. Reporting to our Operations Manager, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality OSHC programs that align with TeamKids' strategic vision and ensure they are operationally viable, fun, and safe.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Lead and develop Directors and Educators within a cluster of programs to ensure the remarkable delivery of programs that are operationally viable.
- Ensure the retention and commercial growth of existing OSHC programs.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure smooth operations, including quality and compliance, in collaboration with the compliance team.
- Serve as a role model and ambassador for TeamKids, engaging with both internal and external stakeholders. Embody and align with TeamKids' core values.

**Ideally, You Will Have**:

- A current driver’s license and access to a motor vehicle.
- Willingness to travel locally in Sydney.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and resilience in overcoming challenging situations.
- A collaborative nature and genuine approach.
