**About the Division

Corporate Services Division provides a range of specialised performance enabling functions that supports QRA to meet its compliance obligations, operate efficiently and achieve its strategic priorities.

About the Team

The Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and Information Services Team is responsible for the design, operation, security and management of QRA's information and communications infrastructure, electronic assets, databases, systems support and management of associated contracts.

About the Role

Support the management of all cloud platforms across the QRA, providing specialist advice and troubleshooting where the environment is in error or does not meet business requirements.
Support management of QRA's Azure and Amazon Web Services based cloud environments, building a working familiarity with all systems to assist in monitoring integrity and adapting structure to respond to the organisation's evolving business requirements.
Undertake daily testing and monitoring of QRA's key infrastructure, ensuring ongoing health and integrity.
Provide advice on the establishment of standards, policies and processes for ICT infrastructure by drawingon own systems knowledge and adapting precedents where required.
Undertake related project and other duties of equivalent complexity as required.
Abide by all relevant legislation, policies, procedures and guidelines.
This role reports to the Manager ICT and Information Services.

QRA's workforce is agile and ready to respond quickly to support disaster priorities. You may have the opportunity to undertake other temporary duties or work in alternative locations to support impacted communities.
