A busy Gynaecology/Obstetric/Fertility practice in Westmead is seeking a highly motivated and friendly medical receptionist who has experience working in a very busy and fast paced medical environment to join our practice for either full or part work.

**ESSENTIAL CRITERIA**
- Minimum 2yrs medical receptionist experience
- **Ability to multi-task in a busy environment**:

- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- **Ability to efficiently manage a high volume of patients and phone calls on clinic days**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience using GENIE software preferable

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- General medical reception work
- Flexibility to cover other team members for sick or annual leave
- Exceptional computer skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 32-40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Medical admin: 2 years (required)
