**Siniat** is one of the flagship brands of the Etex Group. Etex Australia manufactures and supplies Siniat wall and ceiling solutions to the local market and is the only Australian manufacturer of plasterboard and metal systems to offer a carbon-neutral opt-in program on a wide range of locally made products.

**About the Opportunity**
The **Quality and Process Manager**(Process, Quality and Environment), delivers effective service and support to the Manufacturing department, ensuring compliance with Etex’s policy and procedures. You will be primarily focused on enhancing product and process performance.

Key responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO 45001 standards and audits conducting
- Participate in the investigation of customer complaints regarding the quality of plasterboards and compounds
- Lead a team of 3 (2 x Technical Officers and 1 x Laboratory Technician)
- Assist with new product development and lead new product introductions
- Lead projects and provide support for troubleshooting and development
- Drive cost saving initiatives via a cost performance tracker

**About You**
- Bachelor degree in Process or Chemical Engineering
- 5 years' experience in manufacturing
- Solid experience in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 management, implementations and continuous improvement
- Ability to manage and implement multiple projects and priorities
- Strong coaching and interpersonal skills
- Good communication skill with a diverse workforce
- Excellent project management experience in the areas of process equipment commissioning, product introduction and product development
