**Department Overview**: Noggin is a leader in integrated resilience management technology, offering a next-generation, cloud-based platform that combines 10 essential solutions into one unified system. Our award-winning platform seamlessly integrates operational and third-party risk management, operational resilience, business continuity, incident and crisis management, emergency management, and security and safety operations.
The product management department is a dynamic team responsible for leading the planning, development, launch, and lifecycle of the company’s SaaS products. The team collaborates effectively with various stakeholders, including customers, engineering, marketing, and sales. We analyse market trends, gather customer feedback, prioritize features, and configure innovative solutions to deliver highly competitive and compelling products in alignment with market needs and business goals. From ideation through to post-implementation review, we oversee the entire product lifecycle, ensuring that the product is highly usable, meets customer needs, maintains high quality, and delivers substantial business value.

We’re seeking a talented and creative UX Designer to join our team and play a key role in designing intuitive and engaging user experiences for our Integrated Resilience Workspace. You will work closely with the UX lead and cross functional teams, including product managers, product owners, engineers, and stakeholders to create user-centric designs that enhance functionality and drive user engagement. Your role will involve understanding user needs, producing high quality visual designs from conception to execution, and refining those designs based on user feedback and usability testing.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate closely with product managers, product owners, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and gather insights into user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
- Design products screens and layouts that translate complex requirements into intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for multiple form factors and devices including desktop and mobile.
- Conduct usability testing to validate design decisions and iterate based on user feedback.
- Contribute to and maintain a cohesive design system for UX/UI/Visual design and ensure that a consistent design language is applied across the product.
- Create detailed design specifications and documentation to communicate design decisions and ensure a smooth handoff to development teams.
- Ensure that designs are realized fully in implementation, and that quality of design and finished product is not lost through the development process.
- Successfully participate in multiple product development projects simultaneously, taking ownership of the progress and status of your own tasks and delivering to the defined deadlines.
- Have a deep understanding of design principles, interaction principles, best practices and trends.
**Basic Requirements**:
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interactive Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
- Over 5 years of experience in UX/UI or product design.
- Proficient in mobile-first and responsive design.
- Strong design portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving skills and the use of research to validate design decisions. Additional plus: portfolio showcasing strong visual/user interface designs.
- Knowledge of UX best practices, design principles, and current trends in the SaaS industry.
- Experience with user research methods and usability testing.
- Agile software development experience, qualifications, or certification
- Polished presentation and communication skills
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Proactive, enthusiastic attitude toward challenging problems
- Strong time management and organization skills
