With their finance team set to expand to six members, they are currently in search of an Accounts Payable Officer for a temporary-to-permanent role. Located in the vibrant inner suburbs of Brisbane, they offer up to 2 days of remote work per week. **The Role**

As an integral part of the Accounts Payable team within a larger finance team consisting of five colleagues, your role as an Accounts Payable Officer is indispensable for ensuring smooth financial operations. Your primary duties will involve:

- Ensure timely entry of invoices into the system - SAP
- Collaborate with the sales management team to align invoice entries with purchase orders and receipts.
- Reconcile creditor accounts and ensure payments are made in accordance with reconciliations, meeting due dates.
- Effectively communicate with suppliers to resolve any account discrepancies.
- Weekly reconciliation of bank accounts and credit cards.
- Foster positive relationships with suppliers.
- Provide management with timely reports on payment issues.
