**Bluebird Spring Farm is currently recruiting for a Passionate and Experienced Centre Manager
- for our beautiful service in the heart of Spring Farm.**

**About the Centre**:
At **Bluebird Spring Farm**, we provide the highest quality Care and Education to all children from the ages of 6 weeks to 6 years. Our wonderful Service is a premium, purpose-built childcare facility, designed to provide a natural and family-friendly environment, inclusive for all.

Our state-of-the-art Early Education facility is designed to “Ignite the Spirit of Learning” within every child - and our safe, inviting environments encourage children to freely explore the world around them. From our large fort, and sustainability areas to our sand/ mud stations, and quiet reading nooks - you will have endless opportunities to create quality programs, engage in meaningful relationships, and bring a sense of energy to the environment each day.

**Qualifications to be successful in the role**:

- Diploma in ECEC (or equivalent)
- 2+ years of experience in a Centre Manager role.
- A current and valid Blue Card (Employee)
- Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certificates or be willing to obtain these.
- Current child Protection and Food Handling certificates or be willing to obtain these.
- A sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS) and practical knowledge of QKLG.
- Passionate about providing exceeding early education and care.
- Self-motivated with the ability to think outside the box.
- Excellent interpersonal skills (ability to build rapport with families, colleagues, stakeholders, and members of the community)

**Tasks & responsibilities**:

- Strong understanding of industry legislation, compliance, and regulations.
- Collaborative and cooperative teamwork.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- People and Centre management skills.
- Commitment to Oxanda Rituals.
- Ensure programming and documentation compliance in accordance with the Early Years Learning Framework.
- Promote positive relationships with children, families, and the wider community.
- Ensuring compliance with routines, policies, processes and practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment alongside other educators
- To provide active supervision to ensure the safety and well-being of each child.
