You will be responsible for:

- Organising and coordination of life engagement with residents,
- Preparation of activities and tasks
- Creatively engaging residents in fun, social and meaningful activities
- Documenting progress and involvement in activities

**To be successful in this role, you will**:

- Have a genuine passion for serving elderly people & want to make a difference in their lives
- Be flexible and able to commit to set days and times
- Value teamwork but also be able to work independently and show initiative
- Have knowledge & experience of people living with Dementia & their needs
- Demonstrate strong organisational skills
- Demonstrate excellent people skills and ability to connect
