We are looking for a diligent Quality Assurance Editor to play a valuable role in our business growth. The QA Editor will be responsible upholding high standards of written communications across the documents we deliver to clients. You will take a hands-on role reviewing and editing documents to meet deadlines, as well as developing policies and procedures to maintain high standards of written communications for Nous consulting teams across Australia, the United Kingdom and Canada.

**You will**:

- review and edit advanced drafts of written communications prepared by Nous consultants for delivery to clients, including proposals, reports, consultation notes and slide presentations
- develop strategies to expand the scope of our Quality Assurance Editing function, including identifying the factors to achieve success at a larger scale
- support preparation of other written content as required.

**And the practical experience**:

- 3+ years of experience in a role that involved writing and/or editing
- knowledge of a range of topics on which Nous offers consulting services
- experience in editing or quality assurance of communications
- excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact at all levels of an organisation
- problem-solving skills and the ability to coach and influence stakeholders.
