**The role**

The Legal & Compliance Officer will help support the Legal Director with matters relating to governance, risk, company secretariat, legal and ESG/Sustainability and will interact with the asset management team for ESG sustainability projects. Key responsibilities will include:

- Completion of all administrative legal matters, coordination of KYC and AML matters for various stakeholders
- Assisting with legal research and legal matters such as corporate restructures and regulatory matters
- Assisting with the coordination and preparation of ESG reporting documents
- Assisting the team with the implementation of asset level ESG strategy
- Administrative tasks such as Filing, Word processing, spreadsheet creation, preparation of presentations and arranging/scheduling meetings
- Preparation of meeting minutes, board and committee packs and preparation and lodgement of ASIC Forms
- Coordination of training with external providers and assisting with internal Policy training
- Strong administration and drafting skills
- An interest in ESG, Legal or Compliance
- The ability to work in an unstructured and fast paced environment
- The drive to succeed and add value to a dynamic organisation undergoing growth
