The CBRE Industrial & Logistics team helps clients navigate a dynamic and increasingly demanding supply chain environment through the largest Industrial & Logistics services platform in the Pacific.

**The role**:

- We’ll set you up for success and give you the tools you need providing you with key contacts, in addition to on-the-job training from some of the best in the industry.
- Identify and canvas (cold call) new business targets - property owners, developers and occupiers.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to source new clients and run sales & leasing campaigns.
- Facilitating negotiations between property owners and buyers/tenants to conclude property transactions.
- Gathering and storing market data and information to be used to generate new business opportunities.

**About you**:

- Strong work ethic

- Experience in property industry and/or experience in sales.
- Trustworthy and reliable with the ability to develop strong relationships.
- Focus on achieving strong results for clients.
- Competitive - always striving to be the best in the market.
- Strong organisation skills - ability to manage multiple projects and clients with an eye for detail.
- Excellent written and oral presentation skills.
