Technical Leadership

  • Design and deliver pipelines that ingest from multiple vendors and brokers into BigQuery for downstream use.
  • Partner with the analytics team to create sustainable data products in Dataform.

  • Measure and report on data quality, supported by guidance from the business.

Team Leadership

  • Manage a team of three (Data Scientist, Data Analyst, Data Engineer).
  • Run team ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, retrospectives) and set clear priorities.
  • Mentor and grow team members' capabilities, holding a high bar for operational excellence.
  • Conduct performance reviews and ensure delivery standards are consistently met.
