Lane Cove Gymnastics Club has just built a little cafe which is attached to our gym and will make an exquisite addition to our club.

Being a brand new cafe, we are yet to establish a client base, so we are after a manager who is experienced in all aspects of running a successful cafe.

We are looking for a manager who is extremely passionate and has an overwhelming excitement about the journey of building a cafe from scratch into something extraordinary, building a customer base and connections from the families who attend our club to the hundreds of surrounding businesses in the business park where we are located.

We have designed a basic menu and expect the food to be cooked to perfection and the coffee the best in the business

You must have immaculate customer service and complaint resolution and have had extensive experience in both.

Attention to detail and cleanliness, have an in depth knowledge of health and safety, food handling and preparation is absolutely essential.

When the cafe builds up, you will be in charge of hiring, training and motivating your staff into the highest quality of excellence.
