**About the role at Tyro**

The primary purpose of the Credit Risk function at Tyro is to have a robust credit risk framework with the view of balance between risk and reward. Credit Risk unit is responsible to monitor and maintain the overall loan portfolio of Tyro and take all necessary steps to minimize potential risk of loss.

The primary role of the Credit & Collection Analyst is to assist the day-to-day function of loan assessment, contacting customer with arrears, liaising with third parties and internal stakeholders. Ad hoc reporting and duties as directed

**Seniority**

Junior - A role for someone with some basic skills, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically up to 2 years of experience is required.

**Responsibilities**
- Risk Identification and Assessment - Conduct risk assessments to identify and evaluate potential risks, and develop strategies to manage and mitigate these risks
- Regulatory Compliance - Monitor and analyze regulatory changes and ensure that the organization complies with all relevant laws and regulations
- Risk Monitoring - Monitor risk levels and report potential risks to senior management and other stakeholders
