**The Company**

Our client is a leading head contractor driving positive change in the construction industry. They value their people and supply chain with a forward thinking approach.

They have a solid leadership team delivering major projects across the SI, HI, commercial, hotel & residential sector up to $500M.

**The Role**

Working closely with your Site Manager, you will be required to work on large projects in in excess of $100M+.

**Responsibilities**

As the successful Site Supervisor, your duties will be as follows but not limited to:

- Supervise and direct construction activities on-site, including scheduling, planning, and coordinating resources.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, safety standards, and regulations.
- Monitor progress and performance of workers and subcontractors, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, materials, and equipment usage.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project plans.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Ideally trade qualified as Carpenter or hold relevant qualifications
- Must have a proven track record in delivering projects valued above $50M
- Possessing a diverse construction background is highly desirable
- Strong reporting and systems experience
- Excellent client-facing skills
- Excellent understanding of the full cycle construction process
- Excellent knowledge of BCA and ITP requirements
- Excellent Leadership skills
