We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Site Supervisor to join our team and play a critical role in the successful execution of our projects. In this role, you will lead and oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, working closely with stakeholders and team members to ensure that all initiatives meet our high standards.

Key Skills:

- Proven experience in site supervision or site engineering.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools/software (e.g., Microsoft Project).
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules.
- Supervise site teams resourcing and onsite progress.
- Lead project meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Maintain and oversee project documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members.
- Manage resource allocation and utilisation, ensuring optimal deployment.
- Streamline project processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Oversee on-site engineering tasks, ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards.

Ensure comprehensive safety documentation and compliance with Australian regulations, including:

- Preparation and management of Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS)
- Development and implementation of Method of Procedures (MOPs)
- Compliance with Hazard and Risk Assessments
- Maintenance of Safety Data Sheets (SDS)
- Adherence to Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements
- Implementation of Emergency Response Plans
- Documentation of Incident and Accident Reports
- Coordination with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) guidelines
- Ensuring compliance with WorkSafe Austalia standards

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
