**About the team**:
Coles Liquor is a trusted retailer with three iconic trading banners, Liquorland, First Choice Liquor Market and Vintage Cellars. Our purpose is to help adult Australians lead happier and healthier lives by drinking in a responsible and sustainable way. As a drink’s specialist, Coles Liquor hosts an extensive range of wines, spirits and beers and we are passionate about providing customers with local and relevant products.

Our knowledgeable Team Members serve customers through our network of more than 950 stores and ultra-convenient online sites, delivering on our commitment to provide accessible drink solutions for every occasion.

**About the role**:
The National Ventures & Partnerships Manager will develop, lead and execute long term omnichannel growth strategies across new partnerships and ventures and the transformation of our store fulfilment network.

You’ll also:

- Deliver the trading strategy for all on-demand and emerging channels (Uber Eats, DoorDash, Express delivery)
- Lead store expansions and further fulfilment network rollout (900+ stores)
- Be accountable for supplier governance - QBRs, contracts, commercial and account management with all partners
- Deliver new channels and partnerships to unlock growth
- Lead omnichannel store innovation to drive differentiation across banners and competitors unlocking best in class customer and team member experience
- Lead the trading of liquor on Coles Online across Coles Online website, app and Ocado platforms

**About you and your skills**:
You’ll have extensive commercial experience, along with online fulfillment and / or click & collect, as well eCommerce experience across transformation, technology, operations and trading.

You’ll also have:

- Have strong retail and commercial acumen and online trading experience
- Experience within operations (large format or multi-site preferred)
- Be a strong commercial leader with proven experience in driving commercial outcomes
- Extensive leadership experience
- Supplier governance and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage with and bring together various stakeholders
