**The Opportunity**

You will be working with accomplished real estate experts and Port Phillip’s most respected and trust worthy property leaders. **The Role**

As a leading sales agent and Director of a progressive and driven sales team, our client is looking to expand his team so he can offer the optimum of services and support to his clients as they buy and sell.

**Tasks include but are not limited to**:

- Open for inspections
- Assist and advise buyers
- Attend auctions
- Negotiating the best sale price for client
- Nurture and connect with vendors and purchaser to truly understand their motivations.
- Current Agent’s Representative Certificate & reliable well-presented vehicle
- Team player who likes to work in a vibrant office, with variety
- Immaculate Presentation and real sense of pride
- Excellent verbal communication & time management skills
