Public Sector People are partnering with a large local government organisation to recruit for a 12 month Organisation Capability Partner.

Contract length: 12 months; 3-4 days weekly

Pay Rate: $65 - $75 p/h + Super

Location: South East Sydney

**Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop and facilitate training & learning programs
- Work on project in cultural engagement and people experience
- Support team with other people & culture initiatives, internal and external training for new and senior leaders

Essential:

- Previous experience in learning and development roles
- Strong experience in developing and facilitating training
- Previous experience in leadership development
