**ABOUT THE COMPANY.**

Our Client; a Local Council based South of Sydney CBD, is seeking for an Organisational Capability Partner to assist with designing, developing and facilitating training programs.

**ABOUT THE POSITION.**

This is a part-time job share opportunity for up to a 12-month contract. You will report to the Head of People & Experience and work closely with another Organisational Capability Partner within a highly supportive and collaborative team of 5.

**DUTIES.**
- Design, develop and facilitate L&D training programs
- Book in and organise training schedule for internal employees
- Engage and manage internal and external service providers

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.**
- Tertiary studies in Human Resources, Learning, Organisational Development or related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated experience in Local Councils is preferred
