Our client is a global leading SaaS company that provides insights and analytics to help people make critical business decisions that impact the agriculture, renewable energy, trading, and weather industries.

**Job Description**:

- Serves as the primary post-sale point of contact for a complex client/customer base.
- Uses in-depth knowledge of client industry and/or business processes, deep knowledge of the product being sold and technical expertise to drive and increase adoption and utilization of company products.
- Proactively demonstrates product features beyond central functionality to help the customer achieve specific business results and realize maximum value from the product(s).
- Ensures best practices are adopted for product use and recommends specific solutions to achieve customer’s desired result.
- Identifies opportunities and closes additional revenue from assigned clients, including upselling and cross-selling of related products.
- Captures customer CSAT, CES, NPS and customer sentiment regarding products and engagement and provides key insights across functional areas of the company.
- Drives for client renewal and retention results.

You
- Min. 5+ years in experience in a Account Management/Customer success/Post sales type role
- Experience in SaaS sales would be looked on favourably
- Proven track record in retention and account development
- Experienced in managing cross sales and upselling
- Passionate, driven and hungry for success
